Our Resort offers a beautifully renovated ballroom which can accommodate up to 150 of your closest friends and family. The staff at the Holiday Inn Resort is detail orientated and our Executive Chef will create menus using the finest ingredients to ensure your guests will be completely satisfied! Enclosed you will find menus for our receptions, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners. We are also able to customize our offerings to create an event for your specific needs. Holiday Inn Resort Policies

Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve a date for your special event. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Food Tasting: Menu tastings are available upon request. Tastings last approximately an hour. Tax and Service Charge: Please add 7% NYS sales tax in your pricing. A 17% service charge is suggested. Guarantee: Guaranteed attendance and final payment for your event must be received by our Sales Office seven days prior to your event. This number will be considered your minimum guarantee and may not be decreased. Final meal choices must also be given at this time. Extended Time: All wedding receptions are based on a five hour period. The charge for one hour of extended time is $250. Please note that no receptions will be available past 1:00 am. Decorations: The Holiday Inn Resort does not permit the fastening of any type of decoration to the walls, floor or ceiling. Thank you!
