Presented by The Lake George Land Conservancy, this year's program is focused on celebrating land protection and the undeniable impact we have had because of our donors and supporters in our mission of protecting the land that protects the lake.

The evening will include an open bar, cocktails on the patio overlooking the lake, passed hors d'oeuvres and a plated three-course meal, live entertainment and dancing with The Projekt, a silent auction of the LGLC's exclusive Dome Island Picnic and other exciting items, after-dinner spiked coffee bar and a brief Fund-A-Need to raise dollars for specific, immediate needs for the organization.

Members of the Adirondack Pastel Society will be spending a day of Plein air painting on the beautiful grounds of Wiawaka. A public art show, sale, and reception at Wiawaka, on scenic Lake George, for an exhibition of pastels painted on location by the nationally acclaimed artists of the Adirondack Pastel Society.

Refreshments will be served and it's free to the public on Sunday, July 30 from 5 - 7 pm.

26th Annual Beach Volleyball Tournament to benefit Prospect Center

The 26th Annual 4 on 4 Million Dollar Beach Volleyball Tournament to benefit Prospect Center, a division of the Center for Disability Services, will be held on the weekend of August 5 and 6, in Lake George Village. Five teams per net, per day, will play. Divisions include Co-Ed, Power, Competitive A, Competitive B and Recreational. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. each day, followed by a meeting for team captains, tournament play and finals late in the day. Cost is $200 per team and $25 for an alternate player. Players compete for cash prizes and awards. Sponsor, net sponsor and vendor registrations are available. The primary sponsor of the volleyball tournament is Saratoga Eagle.

The show is a judged show and a "SuperWheels Showdown" Qualifier. During the Car Show there will be food, vendors, a kid zone as well as a 50/50 Raffle, car show raffle, music, the Kiwanis Duck Race, a Piston Toss, a Muffler Wrap, and more.
